Make errors / Config
Webhook was inactive for too long and therefore was removed.
Cause
Make automatically deletes webhooks not connected to any scenario for more than 5 days, removing the endpoint entirely.
Fix
Create a new webhook and update the external service with the new URL. To prevent recurrence, always keep webhooks attached to an active (even paused) scenario; keep occasional scenarios disabled rather than deleting them so the URL stays registered.
