Choose the workflow you want automated. We build it.

Fixed scope, fixed price, shipped to production in two to four weeks. Browse the service areas below, or describe your specific workflow and we’ll scope it from there.

What we build

Tooling is chosen per project, never pre-baked. We work fluently across Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, Zendesk, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude - and we drop into custom Python or TypeScript when SaaS glue runs out.

Final scope and timeline confirmed after the intro call. Contact us for a tailored proposal.

How to start

Tell us how your work actually flows. In a 30-minute call we walk through your day-to-day and the systems behind it. We come back with a short list of the repeatable jobs worth automating, ranked by payoff and effort, and a concrete proposal for the first one.

No deck, no “digital transformation” language, no commitment. If we don’t see anything worth building, we’ll say so on the call.

FAQ

Do you build, or just consult?

We build. Every engagement ends with running automations in your production systems - not a slide deck. Even the intro call ends with a concrete proposal, not a follow-up workshop.

How are you different from a Zapier consultant?

Zapier consultants connect SaaS tools using built-in integrations. We do that too, but we also build the parts that don't exist yet - custom AI agents, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and RPA bridges to legacy systems without APIs. When the no-code path stops, we keep going.

How long does a typical project take?

Most first builds ship in two to four weeks of calendar time. We start narrow on purpose - one workflow, end-to-end, in production - rather than a six-month programme that never lands. Timelines on the catalog are indicative; we confirm scope and dates after the intro call.

Do you handle ongoing maintenance?

Optional retainer covers monitoring, error handling, and changes when upstream APIs break. For one-shot builds we hand over documentation, runbooks, and the repo so your team can take it from there. No vendor lock-in.

How is pricing handled?

Every project is fixed-scope. We agree the scope, timeline, and one number in writing after the intro call - no hourly meter, no surprise add-ons. Investment is sized to the actual workflow, your stack, and the integrations involved.

What access do you need?

Read access to the systems where the workflow lives (CRM, helpdesk, billing, repos, docs), plus a working session with the operator who owns it. NDA before kickoff. We don’t ask for credentials we don’t need.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Code, docs, prompts, and configs are yours, in a repo we hand over at the end of the project.

Where are you based and how do you work?

Remote-first, with default check-ins on Slack and two video sessions per week during a build. On-site kickoffs available in Berlin, Amsterdam, and London on request.
