Notion
Block-based workspace combining documents, databases, and views — heavily used as a project hub and internal CMS.
Definition
Notion is a hybrid document and database app. Each page is a tree of typed blocks; databases expose properties, views, and relations. The Notion API supports pages, blocks, databases, comments, and users. Notion Custom Agents (2025) let users embed LLM-driven workflows next to data. Notion is a common backbone for task tracking, content calendars, and internal wikis.
